Jen Pastalo Dacpano teaches the summer songwriting camp and weekly classes at the Odyssey School and Westerly Creek Elementary. Her passions for community, teaching, and music have brought her to teach guitar. She stepped into the world of music at the age of 5 studying first the piano, then learning the guitar later in life. 

With a background in School Psychology and over 15 years of working with children, she strives to honor all learning styles in a fun and encouraging environment. It is her joy to share her love of the guitar. For Jen, being a part of watching a child grow and succeed is a gift.

She has also taught piano and directed adult's and children's choirs. Jen also loves to sing and has written many songs. She is currently working on writing a children's book and recording an album.
